The author appraises QVT as the dynamic and contingencial management of physical, technological and partner-psychological factors that affect the culture and renew the climate organizacional, reflecting itself in well-being of the worker and the productivity of the company. Many interpretations for Quality of Life in the Work had appeared, since the medical focus of the absence of illnesses until the requirements of resources, objects and procedures that take care of to collective demands in definitive situation, composing ample programs of quality of life in the work (DONAIRE, ZACHARIAS AND YOUNG CHICKEN, 2005). There they were with me. I am pleased to share a few of them: Colour wooden spoons and blades can be cleaned by wetting at night in a solution of 0,5 liters of water and 3 tbsp. lemon juice.
